Following the successful launch of the new IGI website, announced in the November 2025 newsletter, we have continued the modernisation across our other web-based platforms. Our software support User Guide has now been refreshed with the same clean, contemporary layout and improved navigation style as the main site, ensuring a more consistent and intuitive experience for all users.
As part of this enhancement, we have also introduced a new How-to guide section. This addition is split into two sections: a Getting Started section designed to help clients get up and running faster, offering clear, step-by-step guidance on the most commonly used features, and a New and Featured section highlighting recently added features in new releases. Whether you’re new to the software or simply need to locate essential information quickly, the updated structure makes it easier than ever to find what you need.
