Keyboard Shortcuts

Keyboard shortcuts have been introduced throughout the p:IGI+ application to improve the user's ability to execute key or commons tasks.

Listed below are universal and artefact type specific keyboard shortcuts.  Those that will be introduced into the next release of p:IGI+ are indicated (1.28+).

Universal keyboard shortcuts

Ctrl+Z - Undo

Ctrl+Y - Redo

Ctrl+Q - Open Visual query

Ctrl+G - Open Graph Manager (1.28+)

F1 - Open Geochemistry Help (1.28+)

Page keyboard shortcuts

Ctrl+A - select all cells on the page

Ctrl+C - copy the contents of selected cells

Ctrl+H - copy the contents of the selected cells along with property headers

Ctrl+V - paste valid data from the clipboard into cells

Del - clear the contents of selected cells

Ctrl+Del - delete selected samples from the project

Ctrl+Shift+C - create new blank samples and append to the base of the database

Ctrl+Shift+A - place selected samples in to a new or existing static sample set

Ctrl+Shirt+R - remove selected samples from an applied static sample set

Ctrl+Shirt+E - opens the edit page dialogue window

Ctrl+Shirt+B - opens the bulk update property definition dialogue window

Ctrl+Shirt+P - open the PCA module dialogue window

Ctrl+T - opens the Sort dialogue window (1.28+)

Ctrl+R - clears Sorted data, returning samples to their database order (1.28+)

Graph keyboard shortcuts

Ctrl+B - enter sample bushing selection mode

Ctrl+L - clear the selection of brushed samples

Ctrl+P - enter sample pan/zoom exploration mode

Ctrl+C - copy the entire contents of the graph window

Map keyboard shortcuts

Ctrl+B - enter sample bushing selection mode (1.28+)

Ctrl+L - clear the selection of brushed samples (1.28+)

Ctrl+P - enter sample pan/zoom exploration mode (1.28+)

Ctrl+C - copy the entire contents of the map window (excluding the icon toolbar)
